"I don’t think I could explain in words the entire story, but I had to come inside the location last night (2/10) and the MOD deserves a raise!!!! She was running circles around that staff trying her absolute hardest, I’m not saying they were doing a poor job but I went in there ready to just be annoyed after such a long day & having to fix our order & by the end I genuinely just felt for her, wether it’s understaffing, training, whatever, she was killing it. My last job was as a GM seeing over 30-40 employees and she is the type of employee I would have loved to have! She was real & she just wanted to do a good but efficient job."
"This place used to be great but I can't bother to go anymore. Every time I go it's a 20-30 minute wait even if they aren't busy to get cold food. Gone and they made me pull up and forgot about my order and then had to go in and wait another 20 minutes for it to get made and tell them each item I had. Definitely not worth the hassle."
"Waited in the line for 10-15 minutes while orders got taken and given out individually before the next, got my food and noticed the spicy 10 pc I ordered was a regular, with 2 cold spicy nuggets thrown on top to make the rest seem spicy. Waited inside 15 minutes with an empty lobby for fresh ones, only to hear workers laughing and making smart remarks over the situation in the back."
"Just waited for about 20 minutes plus in there drive thru to get home and bite into a burnt hamburger. Very disappointed in the service seeing there were only two cars ahead of me and don’t know how you could even feel okay to put this patty on a bun. I won’t be going back!"
