"Employees shut parking lot lights off as well as interior dining lights sometimes up to an hour before closing my guess is this is an attempt to appear to be closed so they don't have to wait on customers!"

"Understaffed. The one person with good experience and capabilities does well. Maybe the owners would have an employee do a twenty minute patrol around the property everyday to clean the garbage left by the customers. No one wants to eat at a garbage dump even if the product is very good and prepared quickly and well"

"Food is usually good. They messed up my order one time and I had to drive back to get it replaced. The manager was really awesome about it and had no problem making it right. He even offered to give me what was missing from my original food (the condiment) and still remade a new sandwich! He also offered me a frozen coke for the inconvenience! I didn't have to ask for any of that either. He just did it! Pretty awesome manager!"

"This was second time Ive given this location a shot first time since they gave my kid chicken nuggets that were basically liquid in the center when he bit into them . I had called after that the manager called talked to me about my situation and promised me she had a gift card on the way to my house ....guess what it never showed up and I never returned until 2 days ago , however bad mistake to return to this location the older lady that took my order In the drive thru was rude on the speaker and at the window not to mention messed my order up by not giving me my kids dinner had I not been through enough dealing with this place I made sure I checked my bag before I got to far , had to turn around and go back only to be treated like I did something wrong because she didn't put my chicken fries I ordered and paid for in the bag .......I will not use this location after being lied to and given raw liquid nuggets and never compensated and now being treated this way by the rude lady at the speaker .....beware if you go to this location make SURE you check your order and whether your food is actually cooked"
