Beautifully Unique

"After my family member was diagnosed with breast cancer her doctor recommended I contact Beautifully Unique to get the process started for her prosthetic. I called them and was told someone would return my call. After waiting for another week, I tried again. This time I was informed there was no reason for her to make an appointment as insurance wouldn't cover anything until the week of her surgery, but she could make an appointment to come in and "look around" if she wanted to. I tried to schedule, but was told someone will call you back. Now here we are just 3 days from surgery and no contact from them whatsoever. So, now she will not have a fitted prosthetic. Thank you for nothing. I highly do NOT recommend. **After reading the owner's response let me clarify a couple of things. First, I called repeatedly since July and spoke with someone EVERY TIME. At no point did the people I spoke to ever say that her doctor was wrong when he explained the process to us. I was constantly told "someone will call you back." This isn't miscommunication. This is horrible service. It took leaving this review for anyone to contact me. Yes, I realize things happen, but to fail several times over the course of two months is unacceptable."
