"I went here and asked if I could have a cup of ice. Was told they can’t do that. I offered to buy a drink from them if they could give me a cup of ice (I was going to add ice to my thermos). I was still told no and the reason was that “it just doesn’t work that way”. I’m baffled."

"No price tags for the bottled water. I also had a different brand of water on my $3.50 receipt from the one that I bought. Employee said that the water is indeed $3.50 and that they don’t have the brand they sold me in the computer. He was nice, but the business approach feels like a scam."
"Way, way overpriced. I bought an almond poppy muffin and it was stale. I'm talkin week old stale! Service was NOT friendly. I watched the server get in an argument with another customer about a coffee beverage. Don't waste you time and money here."
