"This Dunkin used to be the absolute best. All new employees now and no one seems to have any idea what they are doing. My drinks used to always be consistent and now I can’t even get a simple iced coffee without it being completely wrong. Today I was handed a drink that wasn’t even completely full? So disappointed and will no longer be a regular:("
"I have been to the Fenton, MI Dunkin many times and at all different days and hours and have been disappointed more often than not. One more than one occasion there is an item on the menu, but it is discontinued or not available, yet still advertised; the drive thru wait time is unacceptable, even if you are the only car and have a simple order; they often run out of commonly requested product. I have tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but will take my coffee business elsewhere, or to another Dunkin."
"The last month or so I really notice my coffee isn’t full, out of the last ~5 visits that this has happened today was the worst. When I order multiple drinks it happens with both. I did the virtual chat on the app to “fix” the issue and I got added reward points, which was decent but I bet next time the same problem will occur. Otherwise generally fast service which is very much appreciated."
"Love this Dunkin. I've been a big fan of this coffee chain and Fenton is my favorite Dunkin location. No issues ordering mobile or drive through since milk bothers me. Never have any troubles replacing milk or ordering complicated drinks. Everything is always delicious."
