"The chicken carbonara sandwich didn't have any chicken. I ordered a half a sandwich that had about half the filling. I ordered a cinnamon crunch bagle and received a muffin. I did the order on line for delivery. The order was over $30 with delivery. Never will I frequent that company again."
"This place is super nice and the workers are nice. Although the food is really expensive and kinda basic. The inside of the store has a relaxing vibe if it isn't crowded. Panera also has really good coffee."
"I ordered a simple order and they took 25 minutes to get me that order. There was no one in the drive through and only 1 other couple waiting for food. In the end I didn’t have enough time to get my food and wasted my money. I will not be going back if they can’t provide average service"
"I placed an order at 11 to have it ready by 12. When I get there at 12 my order isn’t anywhere in the fast pick up. I had to stand in the long lunch line to ask for my order, which they just grabbed off the back counter. Why am I waiting 20 minutes after placing an order an hour in advance for a certain time, and my order still isn’t on the shelf 20 minutes after the time I scheduled it for? It’s just sitting behind the counter? Defeats the whole purpose to me and wasted most of my lunch at work. I could’ve just ordered there at least the food would be fresh."
