"This was the second time I came in since it looks like they are under new ownership. The lady looked at me like I wasn’t even there. Ignored me totally. And then when I was asking what’s going on she still continued to ignore me. The man at the desk told me to come in for an appointment. I came in and then was told it was a wait of 45 mins after being told to come right away. Very poor customer service. I used to go here for at least 6 years. They lost a customer and I definitely will be letting other know. I felt very unwelcomed."

"I went to this shop per a referral. It asked for a medi with my nails dipped and a regular pedi . The medi was mediocre and the pedi was below average. And on top of that she had a bad attitude. Well to say the least she did not receive a tip, I will never go there again, nor would I recommend anyone wasting their money, or time at that establishment."

I always have a repair every two weeks due to fills not being done right. I have given them a shot but will not pay for fixes that were on them. I have talked to many others that have the same experience. I think they will be losing some business if they don’t step up . I will not be back for one."

"Very pleased with the quality of my acrylic nails. Smooth and even finish. No bumps. I had Tina as a technician and she was great. It was a little rough around my cuticles. Some of the better pricing in town, but you get what you pay for. Very basic place. No cuticle trimming or push back, no cuticle oil at the end or any hand cream"
