"Matcha latte was so bad I cried and still spent 10$ on a bogo with it. My sister liked her coffee but the matcha tasted like water and wet socks :("

"Waited in line on a Friday morning at 10am for almost 10 minutes while at the speaker. There were 2 cars ahead of me so I was patient. Had to ask them if I should still wait. Ordered a 20oz latte, nothing else. After pulling around to the window, I was asked if that’s what I ordered, to which I clarified it was. Then they proceeded to ask me what a Café Latte was. They seemed confused about the most basic item on their menu. Apparently they don’t know what that is. I told them not to bother and I’ll go down the road. Last time I’ll be there. Can’t expect much service from people who don’t care to be working there."
"I like this location, easy in and easy out. Always made hot, not Luke warm like the big star company. Atmosphere? We'll it lacks any cozyness and if I'm being at all honest, the few comfy looking chairs they do have are so dirty looking I wouldn't sit in them if I needed to. Too bad for a store that otherwise appears to be very clean. I always get mine to go."
