"The store is clean and the staff is nice."

"I've ordered items from here for some time now for my daughter and even myself. I've also visited their stores over the past few years and like their selections. My past 3 orders have been delivered to the wrong address - THREE times , over 10 months... I was told to contact the carrier and follow up with them. I'm the customer, not the carrier. I paid for items to be sent, and they were not delivered. I had one kind neighbor who found a package and returned it, the other 2 - no idea. I call or use the chat - I may as well be speaking to a robot - I never receive any useful information. I'm also amazed that I'm being told to have items delivered elsewhere - as an option from customer service! While Aerie may have some nicer items (some), the customer service LACKS a GREAT deal."

"Was in the store on 06/19 and an employee was rearranging the clearance bathing suits so I was patiently waiting and didn't say anything to her. She 3 separate times rolled her eyes at me because she was annoyed I was waiting for her to move. Walked out and won't shop here again. I also work in sales and could never imagine being so rude to a customer at my store. If you don't like working around people please find something else that doesn't require you to be kind to people."

"Aerie, I think, has some of the best quality items that you can find at the University Park Mall. Especially if you have like a young lady in your life that is perhaps still too young to shop at Victoria's Secret. Here, you'll find well made, comfortable, and very beautiful under garments. They also carry swim suits, leggings, joggers, sweat shirts, shorts, hats, accessories, and other miscellaneous items. The price is a bit on the high end (if compared to places like Forever 21 or Charlotte Russe). But I give them only 3 stars because the sales assocites never acknowledged any one of us as we walked into the store. I mean, no hello or can I help you, at any point while we shopped. Nothing! Yet there were maybe 5 girls just standing by the registers...talking. And whenever we needed something, we had to go seek them. But once at check out, Hailey, the girl at the one register was very pleasant...helpful...and knowledgeable. So altogether you will love shopping at Aerie's. Super clean and highly organized. Very light, fresh, and relaxed ambience. Think California!!!"

"Staff is friendly, the store is clean and there is always something my wife wants (lose a few stars for this?). I thing they need to have a nicer lounge for the guys. A little bar and video games or movies would be nice while we wait for hours as the female folk try on all the items in the store."
