I had tried on some dresses first with an appointment and came back weeks later, without an appointment, to try on the dress that ended up being "the one" and they were super accommodating. Eliza helped us and she was so wonderful to work with, and helpful at envisioning the small alterations we could make to help it perfectly fit what I wanted. We also used the recommended seamstress, Litsa, and she did a super incredible job and was so kind. I was a little nervous about some of the changes, including to the straps, that I wanted made, but she made it better than I could’ve hoped."
"This was the first place I went and I found my dress too! The experience was amazing! My consultant was Paige and she was professional and personable. I was nervous and had never been to a wedding appointment before. They offered champagne and really made me feel welcome and special. Paige was confident and asked all the right questions. I felt like we were friends during the whole appointment. I didn’t have to lift a finger! They pulled all the dresses and listened to what I had to say. They didn’t rush me at all at the end of my appointment and told me to take my time. I got my dress but I would go back again just for the experience!"
