"I was in the line and both ladies at the counter were there, one left turned the light off and said sorry we’re closed. Clock just stroke 8 as she was saying that and they were making drinks for a group of five. Customer is really going down."
"First time, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. A few weeks later I visited again and I was heavily disappointed with how I was treated. This whole tip culture has gotten out of hand but do not be rude to customers and then expect a tip for under average customer service and overpriced food and beverages. Employees need to be trained to treat everyone with respect. Slamming my drink down and walking away is not how you'd treat the CEO. Horrible experience! I waited a few days to prevent myself from cutting into this place so bad. Please visit the Starbucks across the street instead until those girls learn a thing or two."

"After waiting in line for several minutes because they only had one staff member working on a busy weekend, they were out of a vital ingredient that goes into a lot of their drinks. No signage informing people or anything. Multiple people would not have had to wait so long if signage had been put up. The one staff member working was very polite and apologetic."
"I went around 4 pm this afternoon to get a drink while I did some shopping. Three people were behind the counter, one making a drink, on cleaning a spill, and one I assume was training. I stood at the counter for at least three minutes and no one spoke to me even after I said hello. When I walked away the young White girls behind me were almost immediately greeted and helped. I’ve had great service at this location before, but today was just horrible, especially in light of the news about another Starbucks location. I understand priorities, and would have happily waited had I not been completely ignored. No one should have to wait that long to just be acknowledged."
