"My coffee was nasty, if you are going to run a coffee shop...Please don't give customers the burnt bottom, make a fresh pot. My cup of Joe looked like hot chocolate with stale water and donut tasted a day old and this was around 9 am so prime hour for customers."

"Same exact drink order. The first photo was from the West Main TH and the second was from Westnedge location 2 days before. The lady on the West Main one was extremely rude today and they stopped serving food TWO hours before they closed. The drinks we got weren't very full and the whipped cream was a joke. The Westnedge one is much better, skip the West Main location altogether."
"I was there today just before 8pm. I had to talk to multiple different people just to order in the drive through. All the staff were very confused, had terrible attitudes and messed up a very simple order. Even got charged for a almost $5 drink and received a different $1 item off the menu. Probably wont go here again :/ First picture what I ordered and the second is what I got."
