"I've been here twice and both time the lines have moved at an excruciatingly slow pace with 2-3 cars in line. I'm talking 20+ minutes just to place an order, and even more time to get the drinks and food. I work at a competing biggby so I understand how the business operates and can sympathize with the employees (especially since at my biggby there's only ever 2 of us at a time), but I just can't understand how it's taking so long to get through customers. I won't be coming back :/"
