"I'm a fan of Starbucks's beverages, food and merchandise. And everything I purchased was delicious. However, the service was less than it could have been. I was with a group of friends and one of my friends was given a chai tea one smaller size than he ordered. My other friend was waiting on his breakfast sandwich for about 15 minutes. We eventually asked where the breakfast sandwiche was at, and found they forgot to make it. After another four minutes, we got the sandwich and were on our way."
