"The Wife and I wanted to have a nice date night, for this night (a Friday night) we chose the LaSalle Grill, seemed kind of exclusive, fancy dining. we set reservations days in advanced for 8pm, showed up and they had our table ready! here is where our only (yet huge) issue came, we waited 40min for any waiter to even talk to us, no water, no nothing, after the long wait the hostess asked us if we have been seen, we said no, and she was super apologetic, and had the manager come over, he expressed how sorry the breakdown in communication on who was supposed to wait our tables, and he reassured us our night would be perfect from then on, and he was RIGHT! the service and food was so amazing, it was worth the wait, the staff was super nice, and food was on level of some other (much higher priced) restaurants we have been to, the prices are fair, well worth the food, the atmosphere was wonderful, only small minor issues was it looked like stains on our tablecloth? not sure, it was a non issue as the night and location was amazing, highly recommend this place, especially to couples! Thanks again to the Manager and hostess who helped fix the issues we had, and thanks to the amazing waiter (who once he knew we where his table) he was top notch! Food - NY Strip, Salmon, bread app, desert. Drink - THE BOURBON MANHATTAN, WINTER MULE"

"Place was great. Especially their upstairs area. Live music and great staff. Great food choices and tasty drinks. Went out with the whole family and was a wonderful night. And they had Cream brulee! Which I've been look everywhere for some as I'd been craving it for a while!"

"The service was kind and attentive. It made our experience so much better. We went for my birthday. There were personalized menus and a signed card from the staff. Those details, along with how amazing our waitress was, just really made me feel happy."

"Overall, our experience here was pretty good. Our greeting and seating was instant and our waitress was with us in the blink of an eye. When asked about our drinks, we were offered a sommelier to help us pick a bottle to best fit our meal. I really appreciated that he showed the best bottles from the lowest to the highest price points and not just trying to push the expensive bottles like most places. Casey, you’re the man! The only down side I’d have to say was that the food wasn’t prepared to its full potential. The pierogi, a new dish they offer, was pretty underwhelming. Don’t get me wrong, the pimento crème was out of this world! Unfortunately, the pierogi itself really had no flavor. The duck was also way too fatty. Now I understand that duck is a very fatty bird, but it was about 50% fat and not hot when it arrived so it wasn’t very pleasant to chew on. The taste on the other hand, phenomenal so it made up for it. Just a fair warning, if you don’t like rare meat I’d ask for it a little more done. I thought they cooked it perfectly on the other hand but it was very pink so some may find it unappetizing. I just wish it was hotter. Some other minor things were underdone carrots and overdone sugar on the crème brûlée. Other than that, it was a very pleasant experience and I can’t wait to go back to try some more of their menu!"

"Ordered their top steak. The strip with peppercorn sauce. The carrots were great. Green beans prepared nicely. Potatoes were OK. Steak was dry and a little over cooked. The sauce tasted like grease very little flavor, even light on the pepper."
