"We found the perfect swivel chair to add to our living room. It was a little on the pricey side for us, but the quality and design were so good we decided to buy two of them. They originally told us that it would be 8 weeks but they were delivered in 4 weeks. We get so many compliments and we are obsessed with these chairs. The sales person was super kind and helpful too."

"The Italian leather couch we purchased at Bells furniture was packaged when we picked it up and we didn’t unpack it until we got to our home which was more than 500 miles away. The leather we purchased was a very light Carmel/cognac color but the couch we unpacked was very dark brown. When I spoke to “Bob”, our salesman, he tried to convince me that the company only offered this couch in one color. It’s not like we can pack it up and return it easily, we live 10 hours/ 500+ miles away. Bells/Bob never offered anything to make it right. I even would have accepted an apology, but never got any follow up. My advice would be, unpack your purchases right in front of the sales person before you leave the store. I’m never shopping there again!"
"Spent 1 hour with salesperson Mark. Very helpful and very friendly. Gave me lots of information on fabric and how furniture will hold up during the coming years. Priced everything out so I had ideal what I would be paying. It was a little over my budget but I am considering it...love the store."
"We arrived just before closing one night expecting to rush through the store for a quick glance. Instead Dylan greeted us with a smile and eager to assist us. We told him what we were looking for and he was immediately on it and showed us a few selections. We didn't expect to find anything that fast with things being hard to get right now. Its been awhile since delivery and we are very pleased with our couch and recliner. If you need furniture Bells is the place to go."
