Each item on our menu is a specialty, crafted from our favorite family recipes using the freshest locally-sourced ingredients. Our owner, Emily, has over 20 years of business experience and is dedicated to the growth of the White Lake area. Her daughter, Alyssa, a recent hospitality graduate, is excited to bring her knowledge to the table.

Nick, our skilled chef with over 15 years of experience, creates mouthwatering dishes for the community to enjoy. From Emily's favorite iced Viking Vanilla Latte to Alyssa's go-to Chai Tea Latte and Nick's delicious Tuscan Grilled Cheese, there is something for everyone at Colby's. "I had a horrible experience. My husband and I waited 30 minutes for one sandwich. They had us pull forward out of the drive through and said they would bring it out. After waiting forever I went inside and I SAW IT SITTING THERE. I waited in line for almost 10 minutes and it sat there the whole time. No one said sorry, no one said a word to me. Just handed me the container. It wasn't even hot by the time I got it. I liked the food enough to try again, but I will never go again due to the service. Telling family to steer clear as well."

"I am so happy this place exists. There are not many places in our area that provides fresh healthy food. And the coffee is great!! Your food is amazing. My favorite is the vegetarian hummus wrap. My husband surprised me with this after a stay in the hospital and it was just what body needed Since we have been back multiple times."

"UPDATED TO 4 STARS FROM 5. After leaving my review, I found that the bathroom was not clean and partially plugged. Pleasantly surprised. Good coffee. Great food. The mushroom Swiss burger and the fancy egg sandwich were awesome. Great flavor. Baked treats looked good. Plenty of seating. Outlets by many of the booths for working remote. The fries are great but unfortunate they are an additional $3. That was the only down side. Also, they have gluten free options"
