"As far as big chain restaurants go. Culver's is probably one of the best in my opinion. Their burgers are very tasty and so is the cod dinner. I really like Culver's. Not so crazy about their prices. But it's good food and good service so I pay their price. Lol!"
"Order #180 on 1/3/2024. ordered chicken tenders and soup. Staff forgot my soup. Did not verify order at drive through window (too trusting), realized it upon returning to work.. Drove back to store with uneaten tenders. Tried to return my whole order since my 30 minute lunch had expired from traveling back and forth. Was told I cannot get a refund on whole order. Just the forgotten soup. Staff negligence = Me missing my lunch. Won't be back."
