"I walk in and there’s 3 women working. No one says hello or acknowledges me (& hubby & 2 yr old grandson) I think well they’re probably busy. We start to look at clothes and it’sSO EXPENSIVE. Comparable to buying clothes brand new. Even more expensive if compared to Amazon etc. there were tshirts that were faded, stained, lettering coming off and still priced 5.99 and up. I understand some of their brand names being really expensive. I get it. They take on a consignment and have to make a profit. We bought a winter coat (non brand name) and snow pants & snow boots. (Size 3T) Over 60$. Would’ve been cheaper at meijers/Walmart/Amazon. But whatever. We are supporting small business. We go to check out, no one walks over. We feel invisible . Finally one of the 3 women step over to check us out. Like so unfriendly. Like mean glaring bad attitude face. Another lady behind us, she talks to her answers her Qs tells her to go to the other register and someone will help her. I don’t get it. The only thing I can think is we were judged off our looks? My hubby has long hair I have dreadlocks and out grand baby is biracial. It was super weird. I’d not shop here again. Overpriced and snooty. Definitely a rich folks “thrift” store. 2 stars for lots of stock & cute stuff."

"I was visiting family from out of town and needed a couple more pairs of clothes for my kids. We didn't pack enough lightweight clothes. Their selection was great and prices and quality were way better than other thrift stores like Goodwill. Well organized and clean, and friendly employees. The aisles were a little cramped for the shopping carts or having others shopping in them, but I'm sure their selection would be smaller otherwise. Great shop!"
