"I would not even give 1 star for this business. Had an appointment for hair for a destination wedding. Wink ruined what should have been one of my best days and turned it into a disaster as my hair resembled a ratted rats nest. My hair looked absolutely nothing like the picture I provided and requested and instead was a knotted pinned mess hairspray matted to my head. During the process several times I made mention it didn’t seem like it was being done right as I requested and was so disappointed and dissatisfied when I got to see the back but was told it did not look the same but it looks good and is pinned in. It did not look good and took 3 people to try and make it look somewhat presentable as there wasn’t time to get it washed and redone to look nice. Absolutely ruined the day for me."

"I asked Chrissy for a partial highlight with front framing highlights. I wear my hair up 95% of the time. She added dark color without asking me and took about half the highlight I had prior out. I won't be back. Didn't appreciate not being asked about the dark color being added. In all of my highlighting experiences I've never had someoned add dark especially without asking me. Not happy with it at all. Lost half my highlights I had before from the dark color she added in between my foils. If I would have been asked before hand I would have said no dark.. I specifically said I liked the chunky white blonde front framing highlights and I feel like she just did what she wanted with my hair. Also the only salon I've ever been to that dosent adjust the price for services not used . I understand a cut and style come with every color but for people that don't get the cut and style they should have the total cost adjusted for what i didn't get done."
