"I decided to give these guys another try. Normally go to Starbucks, but would rather frequent a "more" local shop, not owned by THE MAN, 'ya know? I tried them out about a year back, but found the coffee just so, so and the workers decidedly unfriendly and impassive. Been in here twice in the past week. Nothings changed . Oh well, back to Starbucks..."
"This Biggby is actually pretty great, the baristas are always friendly, and the drinks always taste great! The problem is the order sign/speaker - it is pretty neglected and has been an issue for quite a while now. It makes hearing my order difficult sometimes which leads to some corrected drinks. This sign/speaker needs fixed. Often there is a paper sign explaining an issue or products listed that aren’t available anymore like the macarons."
"I have to compliment Katie as one of the most hard working, friendly people that I have seen in the retail business in a very long time. No matter how busy they may be she is always friendly, greets you with a smile, and closes with a "drive safe." Thank you Katie for making us all smile!"
