"I like the store. I just recently in the spring did my first shopping and put my name in and number to receive points then. I went back in November 'cause I wanted to see if they had some winter boots, which they didn't, only to find out that they didn't have me in my in the system. I didn't like the fact that they lost my information or deleted it or something, especially when I spent more money the first time in the spring then I did the second time. my husband recently had a stroke and I had to maneuver the wheelchair around the store and it was very difficult with the shoes being piled up along sides. we had to keep moving the shoes in order for him to get by. may not be shopping there very much anymore."

"I came in last week looking for shoes for my son and asked for some help. The lady who helped us (I forgot her name, sorry!) Was amazing. She helped us with several sizes and options and my very very boot picky little one is so happy with the boots he got, he actually asks to wear them! So happy with the boots and impressed with the customer service! Thanks again!"

"We went in for a pair of shoes for my husband and I found 2 pair for me as well. Currently the capacity for customers is posted for 35 in this store. All employees are wearing face shields, but they are not required for the customers. The checkout area is marked with X's for the mandated 6ft distancing because of the pandemic guidelines. And the debit/credit machine is placed on a table for the 6ft distancing, as well. You should feel very safe shopping gete if that is one of your concerns. I was greeted and spoke to all 3 female employees while shopping. They were very attentive to their customers, friendly and helpful. They do let you order with free shipping to your home... right now... I am not sure if this is a regular thing or something put in place during Michigan's reopening from the pandemic."
