"TERRIBLE experience here. I will never shop here and I will actively discourage anyone else from even considering visiting. My mother went into the store excited to look for dresses for her son's upcoming wedding. She walked to the back and stood there for a moment when some woman snapped at her, "YOU YEAH YOU, YOU NEED TO STEP OUT. WE DON'T ALLOW SHOES BACK HERE. GET OUT! THERES TOO MANY PEOPLE BACK HERE." There were no signs saying shoes weren't allowed and the store was not busy at all. You have no business treating your customers like this. You should be ashamed of yourself. Anyone reading this, visit the store Posh instead!! They actually treat their customers like people and were absolutely wonderful and welcoming."

"If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I was so happy to have found my dream dress, but throughout the alteration experience I became so disappointed and started to hate my dress all due to Natalie's Bridal. The first seamstress was unqualified and let go after my second appointment. Someone new took over and we basically had to start from scratch. I was practically in tears due to how bad these alterations were. I went to two appointments with this person. Then I came in for my FINAL appointment (5th appointment) only to find out this person was not here anymore and I would be getting a THIRD seamstress. The third person also had to pick up where the other left off. This process was hell and caused me to drive 7 times to this location for alterations. I spent so much of my time, gas, money, on these alterations. Also, the alterations are RIDICULOUSLY priced. When I confronted Natalie about my frustrations, I was met with a smug attitude and condescending tone. There was not an ounce of sympathy for my struggles. No discounts were given. Nothing was done to appease the situation. She offered to press the dress for free which I wasn't planning on getting a press to begin with. As a customer, I understand things happen, but as a business owner you can still try to make a happy customer and she did not. If she would have tried to turn things around I wouldn't have left this review. After the alterations, the day of my wedding my bustle was not done properly and there were holes missing. Please do not go to this business and take your money elsewhere where it is deserved. edit: Also she does not accept any credit card payment for alterations due to those that have disputed the charge with their credit card company for poor services."

"In 1999 I was engaged to be married and I was in the process of moving to TC. I had my dress made and took it to the dry cleaners and they ruined my dress! I was devastated and 3 weeks to go for the nuptials . Natalie and her crew came through and got me a beautiful dress and got it fitted within that time frame! They were professional and absolutely amazing! Every time I drive by I smile and think about their kindness."

"Went here for my wedding dress back in 2017. Had alterations done on the dress, the day of my wedding my dress still didn't fit. It was falling down all night with no way to pin the dress up besides holding it up by myself all night... I wouldn't say they ruined my wedding, but they definitely made it more of a headache and had me embarrassed the entire night of my wedding.... Then last year (2022) I went back as a bridesmaid, the alterations ( just needed a hem, tighten strap and bring in the front of the dress a little bit) was going to cost me almost 400 dollars.... The dress itself was 220... I went somewhere else and had it done for $30... I also know multiple other people who have had TERRIBLE experiences here. Including the bride of the 2022 wedding AND the bridesmaids... The bride's alterations cost her $1,800 ( just the alterations, not even including the price of the actual dress )and her dress STILL DIDN'T FIT AT THE WEDDING. Also, can only pay cash? That seems fishy.."

"I have never left a google review before but my experience was so terrible I thought I should share. My fiance chose to go through this shop as he worked in Traverse City. Out of 7 tuxes rented for our wedding only 1 didn't need alterations. My 7 year olds after being measured and fitted at this shop looked pitiful in the state of his attire. Here each tux cost nearly $300 a piece and he looked ridiculous. My wedding did not go as planned. I had an outdoor wedding but due to rain had to change it to inside and even the stress of changing and rearranging didn't upset me. I rolled with the day. It was when my son made it to my bridal quarters that I cried as I was so upset in the state of his tux. My sister and Matron of honor tried safety pinning. My mother had masking tape and we finally went that route to get through the ceremony. There was atleast a 4 inch hem she had to create with masking tape. I called this shop on Monday morning when they opened and Natalie was not there it was her day off from my understanding I could expect a phone call. Tuesday rolled around a day she supposedly works and she did not return my call. I think it's very sad when a business won't even call you back to discuss what transpired. I did reach out to Bunny Tuxedo in Grandville where our tuxes were shipped from. They hoped Natalie's being a business would try to make things somehow right. However here we sit without even a call back. Here are some pictures of my son in the pants. I plan to share more from my photographer from the actual day as I rarely had my phone on me to snap pictures the day of the wedding. Pretty sad my sister was able to dress my nephews who were ushers in better quality dress clothes and for a 1/4 of the price and it was two of them. When you look at the photos please note not only did we need to create a 4 inch masking tape hem but that this is how they fit around as well. They kept falling down though the pair we were given was sinched to the tightest they would go and no this is not how they fit on fitting appointment. No idea what happened but it was atrocious!!!!"
