"Terrible office staff. They were incredibly rude when I was first trying to make appointments which was a nightmare with all the back and forth they were giving to my PCM. Finally made it to a couple of appointments and scheduled the next for a Rhizotomy. Then they failed to get the required insurance approvals on time. My appointment was cancelled less than 24 hours notice. I had been without pain medicines to prepare. Scheduled Rhizotomy again. Yet again, they failed to get the required insurance approvals on time. Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation and in excruciating pain from going medicine-free to prepare for procedure AGAIN. You couldn’t PAY ME to go back to this clinic."

"My sister has serious neck pain from EDS. She has had multiple procedures and her neurosurgeon recommended she go here. They won't even do the recommended shots for the nerve pain and when she asked for oral meds then because she's in excruciating pain THEY COMPLETELY DISMISSED HER!! First they said they only do shots but then won't do the shots in the area she actually needs!! However they also were EXTREMELY RUDE to her for asking for any other medications! Would never ever recommend this place. They are cruel, incompetent and only want money. They will not help you no matter how you are suffering!"

"Horrible customer service, and no follow through. I have advocated for my husband there for over 6 months. The nursing staff in Marshall has been an absolutely horrible experience for both my husband and myself, every-time we are there. I hate that we even have to deal with the place. We are currently asking his surgeon for a different clinic referral, as we are so unsatisfied with his care here."
