"I've been to many different infusion centers around the state, including U of M, Borgess hospital (if any Borgess patients are reading this, flee from that place... there is a reason why there is a graveyard next to their hospital) and Bronson hospital. I have a incurable disease and I'm into my seventh year of biweekly infusions and the Kalamazoo clinic of Infusion Associates is literally a gift from God to me. I don't have a port and have squilly, scarred veins but they are always able to start my IV with one poke. The staff are literal angels, caring, compassionate and kind and treat me like a family member. I've been going to their clinic since they first opened over a year ago and I will never consider going anywhere else. Easy access, easy parking, the best staff ever. What more can you ask for?"

"Who knew the opening of Infusion Associates in Portage, MI would become so very important to me? Certainly not me... until, June of 2023, when I learned of an enzyme deficiency I had inherited from both of my parents. Fast forward to September 14, 2023, when I had my first infusion therapy appointment. The nurses and staff are amazing and make you feel as though you're part of a family. Bonus! I get to see these kind and professional folks weekly for the rest of my life! The joy they share in doing their job is contagious and the professionalism is top notch!"
