"Dr. Susan Miller was very caring and knowledgeable during my eye exam. The only problem I had was the fact that my insurance was not accepted by her office even though I explained to them that my insurance has vision coverage and that Pearle Vision was considered as one of the in-the-network providers. Before I left, I had to pay for the exam. Once home I contacted my insurance company and they will reach out to them and hopefully rectify the situation and reimburse me for the cost of the exam."
"I scheduled a diabetic eye exam. I arrived for my afternoon appointment to find the doors locked. All the staff takes lunch together I guess. The exam went fine.. The selection of glasses was very minimal. I wasn't given my prescription although I was told it changed. I finally got them to email that, but they declined to provide my diabetic exam to give to my doctor...1 month and 2 calls later I still don't have my exam. I have been going here for years & this is the last one! I won't be back & neither will my family."
