"The lady who drew my blood left the elastic band on my arm while drawing blood, I started to feel like I was going to faint. I shouldn't have had to warn her. I prefer the Ferndale or Southfield location. I can honestly say they were nice at Royal oak but the medical treatment could’ve been better and thats most important. The building feels abandoned."

"I was there for the first time today. The first impression when I walked in wasn’t really good. Smelled bad in the waiting area. The staff is generally unfriendly. Dr Ryne Weisenberger listened carefully and was helpful, he is funny. Anyway I was schedule an appt to see Dr Nicolas Fedirko and I didn’t see him at all which I weird. I also saw Dr Tam ? She was just asking me additional questions. I was worried about the blood test as well and no one even tried to make me feel calm. Dr sighed and got annoyed when I turned down offers to have the blood test done. but it was really not necessary for me at the moment. I even said that I could sign a document that I would refuse this test. They just ignored me and were saying “you need to”. Staff were calling me the day before appt to confirm and no one told me that I wouldn’t be able to get an ultrasound done this day (but I was schedule an appt for this!) MA was unfriendly.When I walked in to the room I was smiling and then I asked MA where can I put my thermos and she was really shocked from this question like “do you see this table? So put it over here”. Poker face. When she did a sugar test she had only one glove on. I wanted to get out of there asap. I’m working in the medical office and I know what is a care and attention to the patients. I was asking to give me a referral for an ultrasound and I was waiting for that more than 20mins, then I mentioned I have to go back to the work and I got the referral in just a second. I had so bad experience in there. If you want to be shocked all day and a few days after - you need to go there. I haven't received the bill from there yet, I wonder how much it will be!"
