Collaborative goal-setting, action plans, encouragement, ongoing support, behavioral change tracking, manual therapy, tailored exercise plans, and patient education are also available.
With 5 free visits through the Resources for Living EAP benefit, all visits (in-person and virtual) are $45 until the deductible is met, after which they are only $4.50. They have a Great Record Keeping System so that not only I can follow along and Understand but the Other Doctors and Staff can as well. There is an Online Appointment Scheduler that you can Review and Modify right up to the Day of Your Appointment. So I feel Very Comfortable with the Staff and Services I have Received.
