"I waited almost forty five minutes to have my blood drawn. Go to the restroom back there in that area. Someone left a Plastic container under the toilet seat I asked a worker if she could remove it She said yes she Never came back I waited five minutes for someone else to come and remove it. Not good ."

"Don't trust them if they said they will call you about your another appointment or something like that. they will never call you even thought your appointment has been canceled. YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM IF YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO GET A CALL FROM THEM."

"Hospital staff are good. The non-employee doctors, anesthesiologists, etc. are fantastic. Billing is horrible if there is an issue. Had an unauthorized charged, disputed it. They sent it to collections. Notified repeatedly of the dispute and requested proof the charge was authorized (I would gladly pay then). They could not point to anything I signed showing authorization. 2 years later, had a procedure at a different hospital and they underestimated the insurance payment. When they refunded me, they deducted the amount we were in dispute on. If it is not illegal, it sure is unethical. Spoke with Administration which 1 month later has not followed up."

"I have had ten hospital admissions in my life across six different hospitals....ranging from three different spinal surgeries to c-sections to kidney stones. Just had worst experience of my life there. What began with a complaint from a filthy room spilled over to a nurse that didnt want to assist a patient then began lying about it. Uncontrolled pain thruout!!!! What a NIGHTMARE!"
