"I’ve been told about Javi’s food truck for quite a while. I was in Goshen for a wake today and decided I wanted to try Javi’s. $10 for a burrito, I figured it would be pretty good. Granted I’m from the south side of Chicago and are used to football size quality burritos for this price, I gave it a try anyway on recommendations. What a regret. The photos tell the story. Not much bigger than a McD’s breakfast burrito, barely any meat, all lettuce. And to top the whole great experience off, after a 7 minute ride home, it was ICE COLD. That pretty much tells me it was cold when I got it. The only reason I stopped here because my go to, El Portal, wasn’t parked at Pike and Chicago at 730 at night. Don’t repeat my mistake. Go anywhere else. It’s not like it was 1am. NEVER AGAIN."
"Incredible tacos! The wait is usually long but that is because they are popular. Would be cool if you could order and pay online ahead of time and get an estimated pickup time so that you would only have to go there once, to pick up your order, instead of having to go there to order and either sit in the parking lot forever or go home for a while and come back, but then you don't know what number it is on without being there.... Would be REALLY cool if you could see the current serving number on a website or app or something in real time while waiting for your order without having to necessarily physically be there. But the food is absolutely incredible and the green sauce also! Best green sauce I've had yet!"
"My first time but not my last. Tacos al pastor are delicious. You place your order and are given a ticket with a number. Park where you can see the numbers displayed in the side of the truck so you can wait in your car."
