"Pros: willing to do cage free grooming, if your pet was never crate trained or just uncomfortable in cages. Cons: Disorganized, hard to make an appointment, often running late. Changed my appointment time several times and then were still 30 minutes late, so I was late to work. My dog always looked nice but the hassle wasn’t worth it long term, found a new groomer."
