"These folks truly care. It's beyond a business they are passionate about the well being of your pets. I think they like animals more than people. Lol. Our puppy had a problem and they stayed after hours to provide service to him. Than called the next day just to check how he is doing. Best vet downriver if your looking for a vet beyond just business mentality. These people care and my family and our animal are truly appreciative for them."
"I had my cats scheduled for visits, one for today and one for Monday for possible upper respiratory infections. When I brought the first cat in, they asked if I wanted to bring the 2nd cat in today as well, that since she wasn't doing good and they'd had a cancellation they wanted to get her in ASAP as well which I took them up on. Very reasonably priced, very friendly, very helpful, and very quick but not rushed. I found my cats new vet for sure!"
"I brought my guinea pig here because she was sick and not eating. Due to the circumstances, I had to euthanize her. The vet who helped me was extremely kind and compassionate, as well as the staff who came in to give me the consent form. The vet’s gentle demeanor made a very difficult decision a bit easier to go through with. I’m very grateful for how everyone tried their best to make the process less painful."
