"I have been taking my doodle, Stella here for the past year. Today was not a good experience. I know my dog gets matted easily and sometimes I have to pay extra when they have to brush her out. The groomer did call me to let me know she was matted and I asked for her to keep some of her tail fur. She said she would try. When I got her home I was not happy with how she looked. Her muzzle is uneven as well as her paws. Her tail is completely shaved down. She has weird stains on her and her bottom is dirty and uneven. I was charged $130, $30 for the matting but since she was shaved completely, I’m not sure what the extra charge was for. I could not find a company email to express my complaints so I am posting online. Very disappointed. I could have done this cut myself at home for free. UPDATE: The groomer contacted me and apologized for her less than optimal grooming of my dog. She offered to fix the errors and offered a refund. I declined the offer for her to fix since I already fixed it myself. The owner contacted me, apologized and gave me a full refund. I am very happy with the outcome."
