"The staff and Dr Cullen were very welcoming and friendly at my first visit. They took the time to listen and understand my pets history and problem. Dr Cullen was very thorough with her exam, took the time to explain everything to me and then sat down to make sure that I understood everything and answer all of my questions. This was an amazing experience for my pet and myself and I highly recommend their office."
"We use their cardiology unit, our dog has seen Dr. Achen twice now for her yearly heart murmur checkups. She is a really nice person and will answer whatever questions you have regarding your pet. The receptionist and nurse that took our pup back were both super nice as well. The cardiology unit is pretty new (the location), this was our first time up there on the second floor, but it's got a nice flow to it and was quiet and clean."
"I took my cat Hank to Blue Pearl last night for a bowel impaction. I was quoted a price on the phone I could not pay and assumed I would have to put him down, but the staff worked with me so I could give my cat the best care possible. I was able to take him home with medication (thats just my specific situation) and he is eating and drinking normally! The staff treated us with kindness and compassion and gave us a lot of information to continue Hank’s care at home. Thank you for helping me keep my best friend."
"I worked with Dr. Young and his critical care team for nearly three years. Having an autoimmune animal is incredibly tough but their knowledge and care got me through some difficult times. My cat was difficult to handle and they always made me feel at ease and never judged.
