"Beware if you take your dog here, I took my Maltese in at 9am on the dot when they opened, the groomer said it would be about 2-3 hours and he would be done well 3:45 rolls around & still haven't heard from them & they close at 4. So I call them asking what's the status on my dog & if he's ready yet, they proceeded to act like they didn't even know who my dog was and they still had a little bit more to do on him which I don't see how they would still be working on him 7hrs after I dropped him off. Then, when I dropped him off, I specifically said don't cut him too short as it's starting to get colder. Nope, they cut him extremely short to where he barely has any hair left. So people, please be aware before taking your animals here!"

"I've had bad experiences with them before getting my dogs nails trimmed, my Akita came home bleeding all over the car and my house, the woman who done their nails was way too old to be doing it and shook perfusly. I gave them another chance today, took my Akita/chow mix in at 10 a.m. as instructed. It's 4.p.m. now I called and he hadn't even been started being bathed yet, it takes at least 3 hours to dry and brush him. Needless to say I'm furious I went in and picked my dog back up, he's been in a crate for hours for no damn reason. I'm not going out to pick up my dog at 10 at night. I sometimes wonder if Tanya doesn't have a drug or alcohol problem recently. I'll never take my animals there again."

"I took my cat Sam in several months ago. He was supposed to have a lions cut and nails cut. I was quoted $75. She said she couldn't cut his nails and did the best she could cutting him because Sam became aggressive. Same has never been aggressive with any humans ever. He is very loving. The problem was Sam was very traumatized because there were so many dogs in the same room all barking very loudly. She didn't take anything off for what she couldn't do. She still charged me $75. She had my cat for hours. I ended up picking Sam up late at night. It took a couple of weeks to get Sam to become himself again. I got the impression they were trying to make as much h money as they could no matter the outcome. I would advise anyone not to go there. I also believe they were mean to my cat by the he was acting when I picked him up"

"Love this place. And my dogs enjoy going there. Tanya is my groomer and she is fantastic with all my dogs. Does a great job! She knows her business! Want a nice cute cut ...she can do it. Love Tanya!"
