The staff was also amazing and super friendly. Their system of appointments also is a plus, specially when you don't know where to take your pet in an emergency situation, and price is too reasonable. Recommended 100%"

"Worst experience so far with this vet. I signed in on website (like they want you to), received text when a room was available. Went in and sat and waited for 35 minutes in the waiting room. After finally getting into a room (after asking for a 2nd time) and continued to wait another 30 minutes! A “ DR” even opened the door said oops Sorry and closed the door! Then I hear him ask a assistant who is the gentleman in the room and what are they here for!!?!? Then a Aid walks into the room, asks for my dogs name “again “ and proceeds to walk out. An hour into waiting and still nothing. Now this whole time other people are being seen, after me checking in, and being seen right in front of me! Horrible customer service. What should have been at most an hour visit turned into a two hour and 45 minute visit. So unless you got an entire half a day to wait on them, I recommend going somewhere else."

"Flint Vet was great a few years ago when you could walk in and actually get seen by a Veterinarian. Past couple years... The vets are never in the office, the techs seem to be under trained and stressed, and it takes several visits to get lucky and get your number called. Find a more reliable vet if you care about your pet."

"My old girl lay down and wouldn't eat. My regular vet wouldn't take her in for 2 weeks. I scheduled online for an 8:00 appointment. The vet had to put her down by 12. I thank the clinic and especially the vet. He showed compassion and handled everything himself, didn't pass her off to the assistant. I heard people complaining about the online scheduling system that they had just implemented. I believe it works for everyone."

"This is the second time we have been here now. The first time I came in with my dog who I was just sure was going to die, but Dr.Schwartz really calmed my fears and got us taken care of. A very down-to-earth guy, compassionate with the animals and easy to talk to. I really can't say enough about this place. They are walk-in only, and you sign into the wait list online, which makes it really convenient to wait at home if you need to. And his prices can't be beat, there's no reason not to get your animal care as reasonable as he is. The girls in the front are always really nice. They're professional and always answer my questions. This is the second time that I've taken Hobbes to see him, The first time was an emergency and they were the only person who could see us! Even though this was the first time that I had gone to this vet he still saw my boy on an emergency basis. The second time he was really itchy and Doc came right in got us taken care of and had us on our way in less than a half hour. And like I said as affordable as he is there's no reason not to have your pet seen. I called and asked about how much an office call was, and our visit cost us less than what we were quoted in the front, which was a nice surprise. The office always smells really clean, they have a nice big yard out front, & the buildings painted really cute- look for the bright colored paw prints!!
