"I too received the form letter with no explanation of his leaving. I think the office handled this situation poorly. I called to switch to another dr in the practice and was told that no one was taking any new patients. I then proceeded to call around Traverse City looking for a Dr and got turned away from every office. I ended up with a Nurse Practicioner ay the Health Clinic that reluctantly prescribed me my meds. I too wish we had been given advance warning and some kind of explanation. I heard that Munson gave him an ultimantive, Either retire or be fired. Unbeleavable! . Munson doesn’t know a good dr when they see it. Traverse City has just lost an amazing physician! If he moving to another practice? If so I wish to follow him. I am beyond upset over this. I have an important medicine that is now due for a refill and I don’t know what to do. This is a medicine that can’t be abruptly stopped. I think we deserve more of an explanation. He was hands down the best Dr out there. Compassion goes along way as a Dr and he had a bunch of it. I hope he becomes a concierge services Dr. I would definatly pay to have him as my Dr. I wish him the best and miss him!"

"Dr. Entz saved my life. He stood up for me at times, where he did not have too. I really wish I could talk to him again. I was his client, for many years, he was not only a role model , but a humble empathetic, client centered doctor. I would be in the gutter without his good deeds. I hope one day I see him again. I did not know how good I had it. It was like the death of a family member when he just was gone. He was my doctor, for 11 years, I saw him 6 times a year, for 11 years, I hope he reads this and knows how much I appreciate what he did for me. Their is silver lining, to everything though. I understand, the loss, of every one else."

"I switched to Dr Entz about a year ago after being very frusterated with the care I was getting with my current provider. I was told he was the best, and most thorough Dr, and listened to his patients. Right from the first appt I could see that was true. I wasn't blown off over my concerns, he took me seriously and was willing to help me navigate each issue to get it resolved. He is the most genuine provider I've had, and I've had many, being chronically ill since I was a child. I was deeply saddened to hear that he was no longer practicing, and do not have a great outlook on finding another provider that provides the quality of care that Dr Entz did. Thank you Dr Entz, for everything you've done for me, and all of your patients!"

"I have been in Dr. Entz's care as my full time primary health care provider about 14/15yrs. I have a lot of medical and mental health conditions going on I've been through an awful lot and not once did he make me feel like an inconvenience. Dr. Entz was dedicated to his patients I didn't have to re explain what I've been dealing with physically or emotionally he knew. I'll never have that again. I really hope he is ok I don't know what happened I only know I was scheduled to see hom and called and told I no longer have a doctor. God Bless You, Dr. Enrz.
