Happy Tails

"My neighbors recommended Happy Tails for our new pup’s grooming needs. Mary and her husband were very accommodating. They went above and beyond for our Bichon. He looks great. This was such a pleasant first time experience. We will continue to bring our little guy to Happy Tails from here on out."

"I had a 10:15 appointment, but owner insisted I arrived early and rushed her. I left a letter with Rob pointing out Riley's 2 skin tags as she nicked one last time. Well, she nicked both and then said she never saw blood, yet my dog had some type of medicine on one of his sores. Then, when I called to complain, she said I was holding her hostage on the phone and she had other dogs to do. Never again."

"I picked my mini golden doodle up from being groomed. When he came home he was not acting like his normal happy self.. could not pin point what was wrong with my baby until I noticed the abrasions he had all over his face. (which his fluffy ears covered until I pulled them back) I can’t imagine the pain he is in and was in while he was in the “care “ of happy tails. Once I called concerned about what happened during his visit that lead to him being so mistreated.. I was called a “Karen” by the women in charge who had no sympathy for this incident! I will never return! And will continue to help make my puppy as comfortable as I can after being abused!!"

"I've been coming here for quite a while and today was the last time. My dogs nails are still long and my girl was still wet. Value isn't bad, but the job is done poorly. On top of that, I have a dog that can not be crated, she has very high anxiety and when I made my appointment I made that very clear. So when I arrived I waited in my car. I did not ask anyone to hurry, I was not rude, I did not try to rush anyone. I just sat in my vehicle and watched some tv while I waited for my dogs to be done. When they were finished (After I had paid my bill) and brought out my second dog I was informed that if I wanted to wait in my car in the future "We will assume you want expedited service and will charge an additional 10 dollar fee". Which took me completely by surprise, again, I didn't even ask them to hurry. If they felt like they had to rush, they could have just asked me, as I was told when I talked to them on the phone, that it would be towards the end of the queue so they'd be able to see to them. I would have gladly waited. Instead I was rudely informed I needed to pay for waiting outside. (Mary) told the nice man to tell me that and couldn't have even told me herself or addressed it directly with me. I have no need for that kind of attitude towards a customer. I'll happily take my business elsewhere, which is a shame as I've always spoken highly of this place."
