"My dog is very fearful of leaving the house because of a car accident, but as soon as he saw Kylie he went right up to her. Kylie was really patient and worked with Captain to make him feel comfortable and he did great. The van is gorgeous, clean, well appointed. Such a convenient service when I'm working from home and have a full day of calls. Captain came out super spiffy and smelling great and so happy. She really removed a lot of his undercoat so that when I pet him or he brushes against me now there is no hair on me, and I'm sold to be a regular monthly customer to keep up with his undercoat shedding."
