The therapists and staff not only cared about me as a person, but were also highly competent. During each session, they spent a dedicated 45 minutes manually manipulating my shoulders, which made a noticeable difference in my mobility and comfort. The at-home exercises they prescribed were effective and pain-free. My husband was also treated for a very complex hand injury and is extremely grateful for the care he received. "I fell and broke my wrist through the joint in April which required surgery. My surgeon, Dr. Endress, recommended Comprehensive Hand & Rehabilitation for my therapy. Val & Alyssa are the therapists who worked with me from day one. When I started in April, I was scared and had very little strength and mobility in my wrist, hand and fingers. Today was my last day (4 months of bi-weekly intense therapy) and I am leaving today with a fully functioning wrist, hand and fingers. "This team of specialized hand therapists are amazing - if you're questioning where to go for quality care and kind people this is it. I suffered a severe injury to my right pinky that required urgent surgery for tendon repair, fracture/broken bone re-setting, pin and button care, and resulted in a few months of hand therapy. The caring, experienced, and considerate team (Val, Alyssa, Mel) that worked with me went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, confident, and clear on what was needed, what my progress was, how to keep that moving forward, openly discussed what steps we were taking and how those helped. Their facility is clean, their techniques are sound, and I don’t believe I can ever thank this excellent crew enough for helping me get back into the regular day-to-day of life.
