"I was nervous to have my first professional massage. I don't like strangers touching me, but being in the dental field a massage was well over due. The Health Spot was highly recommended by 2 friends, so decided to give it a try. From the inital contact and the entire scheduling process everything was wonderful. I was even allowed to reschedule because of the recent blizzard. Once i arrived for my appointment Tammy greeting me outside as I got out my car. She was very welcoming and kind. I started to feel less nervous within the first 5 minutes. I enjoyed my massage she explained the entire process with me. She made me feel amazing. I highly recommend her.
