"Dealing with this place has been a complete nightmare and runaround for 5 weeks, no communication and still no appointment! We called them initially to get information on how to get established as patients. They advised us they would send forms that needed to be completed, run insurance and get back to us. And there should be no issue getting us into an appointment with their current availability. We completed the forms and didn't hear back for a few days, so we called again. They advised there were more forms (no worries), once completed they would have a therapist review the files and call us back within 1-2 weeks to schedule our first appointment. We didn't hear back for 2 weeks, called and were told we were still on a list and once they got to our name they would call us to make an appointment. Circle around another 2 weeks with nothing, call back and they told us that we are still on a list and they won't even put us on the schedule until they get to our name, I understand sometimes you don't have the capacity for new clients, but at least be open with that communication. Don't put a patient on the hook with no information for weeks on end. You should know your offices capacity. If we were told they wouldn't have space for awhile we would have been looking elsewhere. This has been a colossal waste of time."
