"I would never recommend Hoosier Doggie. Not well run. Took my dog in for grooming. Job wasn't done although I was charged full price. Called and spoke with Nicole. She explained there was an emergency so someone else finished my dog. Understand there are emergencies so took my dog back on Monday to be finished. Was going to be discounted next visit. Took my dog there this morning for grooming. Nobody showed up. Called to leave message. Spoke with a women and then a man. Was told there was a "miscommunication". He thought I had been contacted. I was never contacted. Very unprofessional."
"When I called, I was told that they do anal gland expressions. When I got there, they informed me that they do not do anal gland expressions. Then right after they told me they don't do it, they made me sign a paper that says I give them permission to do anal gland expressions. My dog looks great after his cut. He left happy and clean. But this business could use some alignment with their formalities. It's hard to trust a company that doesn't know what services they offer."
