"This has always been my go to hotel in Shipshewana until today. I tried booking my room in town for today and the manager would not book it even tho it said there were rooms available online. Maybe there is more behind the scenes than I’m aware of, but I am extremely disappointed in the service I received today."
"Location is great for shows at the Blue Gate Theater, it's right next door. However there are no elevators to the second floor. The breakfast is also less than desirable. The staff here is great though & the rooms are clean."
"Room nice size, bed comfortable, nothing special very basic. A/C unit was new and worked great. Hallways are hot no A/C. No elevator so make sure to get a ground floor unless you can do stairs. Breakfast served 6am to 9am. If you get there at dinnertime to check..you have to call for someone..the literally have a phone on the counter. The man that checked us is was all business no personality. Overall stay was okay."
"No elevator. TV kept turning off every half hour was very difficult to turn back on. What they called a queen-sized bed was not the size of our queen-sized bed. Great staff, clean, decent nights sleep"
