I told him to suspend the payment, I'm told he would but I was still charged. I decided to cancel and when I was pro-rated I received less because that charge went through after I told him, and was told that it wouldn't. Took days for him to get in contact about the charges too. Do not recommend"

Once he has your business he does not answer e-mails, he never follows up, and he ignores your questions. All reviews on his Allstate page are fake, as I did not find a way to leave a review there, although I am his customer."
