"Walk in clinic means nothing. Walked in and told me it would be 40 mins as they had other patients ahead of me but surprisingly the place was empty. Bypass if you can."

"My husband had a cut on his arm from a metal fence. They were out of tetanus shots and didn’t advise him to get it elsewhere. When I asked if it’s important that he gets it and how soon- the reply was literally “umm.. it should be ok if you don’t”. Also, I believe it needed stitches but instead, they put glue and it was a huge unprofessional mess that was administered without gloves. Now he has a big noticeable scar- completely unnecessary for a cut of this nature. And if you pay attention to your surroundings, you’ll hear the staff upfront sharing names and people’s business as they answer phone calls. They need a HIPAA refresher course."

"Went in at 8:45 p.m. all over the place there are signs that say that they are open until 9:00 p.m. the open sign was on the door was unlocked I walked in and the woman without even saying hi to me, says we are closed. I get it, it was close to their closing time but why say that you're going to be open until 9 when you really close at 845. False advertising. I hope the manager/owner realizes this is happening."

"THIS IS MY SECOND TIME POSTING. first review apparently lost??!!? Went yesterday for a COVID test for my son. The staff was rude and unprofessional The woman on the phone asking my son what his symptoms were kept interrupting him and telling him those weren't COVID symptoms (even though we told her he'd already tested positive at home and was obviously very sick) The man that came out to do the swab test didn't say ONE WORD to either of us. Just shoved the swab up my sons nose and walked away. When the female employee came out with the results she just handed the sheet to me and told me the result then promptly turned around and walked away. I did not get a chance to ask her any questions (like isolation time period, when I should get tested). Left there feeling like we were a great inconvenience to them"

"I just recently made an appointment here to be tested for covid. The person who answered the phone was nice as well as the MA who made my appointment. They had a good system in place for my testing and the person I spoke to on the phone was very courteous and knowledgeable about my symptoms. The testing was quick and easy as well. I know this is a newer urgent care, but I would say I absolutely feel comfortable going back here if I ever need to in the future."
