"We have been using Fur Ball Society (specifically Dane, Ashley, and Ellen) for several months now for our two dogs. I primarily use them for overnight stays when we go out of town and we can't even tell anyone stayed over, they keep the house exactly as we left it. Everyone we've met (and even those we haven't met in person) have been extremely professional, very helpful, and so friendly. Their communication is amazing and their after visit updates are always a joy to see. The online scheduling system is quick and easy to use. I couldn't ask for a better group of pet sitters/dog walkers."
"Fur Ball Society has been amazing from day one! We always feel comfortable with Fur Ball Society taking care of our dog and cat, whether we are out of town for the day or away for a couple of weeks. They have shown flexibility with our needs and have very fair rates for services. We had a cat who needed medicine given orally twice a day, and Ashley was a pro at it! We ALWAYS get updates on visits including a summary, pictures (I've attached just a few that have been sent to us from visits). and even a mapping of any walks given. In addition, it is never hard to contact someone with questions. When we are away for longer, we can count on Ashley or Elena or whichever trusted Fur Ball Society member who visits to go above and beyond in showing our pets love and care and even doing things like collecting mail and watering house plants. I can't think of a better team to take care of my pets :) Thank you Fur Ball Society!"
