"We have been customers for roughly 4/5 years and will not be returning anymore. We have given Paws n Pads several tries with both of our dogs and have reached out to the owner multiple times (in person & online) with no solutions to our two isses. The facility reeks of dog pee and our dog continuously smells like dog pee every single time he goes to daycare - whether it's a few hours or a whole day. It's disgusting, unhygienic and a burden to have to bathe him every single time because his fur is coated and sticky from urine. Not to mention he goes to other daycare facilities and never has this problem. The 2nd issue is with feeding/water - I never truly know if my dog has ate or not. I just left tonight and had to ask the employee if my dog ate and for the bag back as she was just going to let me leave without telling me he did not eat any of his dinner or giving it back. We also had an issue a few years ago with our diabetic dog and being fed. Leo also comes home and drinks bowls and bowls of water every time he leaves which makes me feel uneasy if he's getting enough water especially on hot days. I gave 2 stars because I do enjoy the employees and the owner is nice as well. I think it's awesome they house cats and adopt them out, but we cannot keep bringing Leo there with these conditions."

"Paws 'n Pads genuinely cares about the pets in their care. My pup had some recent major health problems, and we were scheduled to travel out of town a few weeks later. The staff at Paws 'n Pads worked with us and our vet to ensure he had all of the care he needed. They kept us on top of his well-being while we were traveling, and checked in with our vet when they had questions and concerns. Paws 'n Pads provides a home away from home for my pup, and it's the only pet care center I will use."

"Dropped our blind dog off for some R&R after hiking in very hot and humid conditions several days. She rested in air conditioning with just the right amount of social interaction. Staff was professional and friendly. It was a brief but very positive experience for our dog. Thank you Paws'n Pads!"
