"For an under construction hotel, it is very accommodating and eager to please. Staff is extremely friendly and the restaurant has great food. With the upgrades they are doing, this place is on its way to being really nice. I can't remember another hotel being this friendly. Thank you for an excellent stay."
"We stayed in room 150 last night and I accidentally left my Nikon camera battery plugged into the wall charging. I called this morning an hour after we checked out and I was told they would look and then call me back and I never received a call back. I called again just now and got Adam at the front desk and he told me that he’s not going to look and there is nothing he can do because they are having an event and they are to busy to accommodate a paying costumer. We will not be returning on account of the rude staff and the fact that everything was half as renovated."
"With new renovations of the pool area and adding a steam room and sauna, the value of a stay here has gone up. A new equipment room with lots of options for exercise. The hot tub to relax as well. My only complaint is that the pool is not the warmest during the winter because it has an outdoor section connected , but of you are using the hot tub or sauna, it makes for a great cool down plunge. The new Pizzeria Uno is a great addition to the building and has great Chicago style pizza deep dish and thin crust. Lots of room for throwing a party and a huge banquet hall for large gatherings or even a concert."
"Every place you rent isn't perfect. But the rooms should be good and clean. The person that works there does her job. But if you plan on staying at least a week. Please request maid service. The rooms need to be cleaned. But leave your personal stuff off the beds. The housekeeper can make your bed. They are not allowed to move it. Leave it out of the way so they can sweep around it too. And tips would be great. It's optional. But when I worked there, might go back, I loved to see tips. It made me smile cause the room was clean and if you stayed more the 3 days and took care of you. It made me smile. Thank you."
"Room was clean, beds were comfortable enough, and the water was hot. Not sure about these poor reviews. The place wasn't top quality, but it worth what we paid and for our needs perfectly. No vending machines for beverages so bring your own."
