"This place is great, they always have a large and interesting selection of fresh water fish. Feels like i could talk for hours about fish and reptiles. I always find myself learning something new that has changed about what i knew about certain fish over the past few years."
"The owners are nice. Fish selection is not very good at all and many fish species are misidentified and some very overpriced. Hopefully will be better in future but as of now I would not recommend for any serious hobbyist . For amateur looking for regular plain fish might be ok."
"This store has been a great asset to LaPorte! I have been in a number of times and have been assisted with honest advice and driven to purchase fish/animals that were right for me. I have purchased fish (as of the last 4 weeks, none have died), an axolotl, and look forward to more purchases in the near future! I have several friends that are planning on visiting LP from out of town to purchase as well! The owners WILL NOT steer you wrong! I highly recommend if you are in the market for fresh or saltwater fish, accessories, reptiles, etc-VISIT FISH AND FRIENDS!"
"This is one of the coolest places around for sure! They have a big variety of fish! They pretty much set up my whole 55gal tank and it looks AMAZING! They also have a section for reptiles as well! Some really beautiful snakes and lizards."
